Mary Donovan
Director
Mary founded DPM in 2015 after identifying a clear gap in the market for 'high quality' property management. Mary's background is in Business Administration, Property Management and Property Investment. Her Property Management experience in Dunedin has provided her with a thorough understanding of the rental market and a wealth of contacts within the Industry.

Mary is passionate about ensuring owners maximise their investment properties potential by focusing on sound and sustainable management practices. Her attention to detail with selecting tenants, identifying maintenance issues early, and a firm but fair approach to tenant management means your property is in good hands.

Rory Donovan-Stumbles (BCom, DipGrad (Fin), CA)
Director
Rory has been a sounding board at DPM since the beginning, providing financial assurance over the trust accounting process, client monies and rental allocations. Rory trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at BDO in Auckland, and has recently returned to New Zealand from London where he worked as a Senior Fund Accountant for one of the worlds' largest private equity firms.
Ashleigh Thompson
Senior Property Manager
Ashleigh joined the DPM team in 2017 bringing with her extensive sales and marketing experience. As well as having previously worked as a Letting Agent, Ashleigh has spent time in the Financial Services industry where she worked at BNZ. Both roles have provided her with strong relationship building qualities and have enabled her to develop a methodical approach to her work.

Ashleigh carries out a diverse role at DPM where she will be involved in the day to day administration side of the business and will also undertake a number of lettings engagements.

Monica Donald
Property Manager
Monica joined DPM from Bayleys, where she worked as an Administrator to the Commercial Property Team. Prior to Bayleys, Monica worked at Armstrong Prestige as Office Manager where she was involved in managing brand standards and client expectations. Both roles have provided her with the skills required to manage a residential portfolio, which requires extensive multi-tasking, IT management, and critical thinking.

Mary Smith
Administrator/HR
Mary has recently returned to Dunedin from her OE, where she spent close to four years living and working in London whilst managing to travel Europe. Mary worked as a Lettings Negotiator at Winkworth PLC, one of the UK's largest Real Estate Agencies. As well as gaining valuable experience in residential property management, Mary carried out a contract role at Standard Chartered Bank in Talent Acquisition (HR).

Mary is currently studying HR at the Otago Polytechnic whilst working at DPM in a part time capacity.
